Traditional herbal medicine as defined by the World Health Organisation as “the knowledge, skills, and practices based on the theories, beliefs and experiences indigenous to different cultures, used in the maintenance of health and in the prevention and improvement of physical, emotional and spiritual health.”

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine and its origins can be traced back to various ancient cultures and civilisations. It involves the medicinal use of plant parts, it's constituents and it's life force to help the body return to homeostasis by enhancing general health and wellbeing. In herbal medicine, different herbs have particular affinities and actions on different organs in the body.

Revelance

The practice of herbal medicine is popular throughout the world and differs only from the country’s culture and beliefs. Today, scientific investigations consisting of gold standard random control trials and systematic reviews are discovering the benefits of various plant constituents and is becoming more widely accepted in modern medicine.

Why me?

As a practitioner registered with Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), and having completed Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine (2016) and also a Bachelor of Health Science in Western Herbal Medicine (2019) with the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and Torrens University Brisbane, I aim to promote herbal, energetic and natural medicine, helping to make it accessible and affordable to all. This is the realisation of my purpose and this is my way to impart what I have learned through the years, to help educate people how to heal themselves, healing the mind, body disconnection that is creating physical illness and help them live the life they want to live. I want to help women especially mothers, realise that there is a better option at CASACIRCLE.
