All products and services advertised on this website and in-clinic are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Products include individually focused and holistic consultations specialising in Western herbal medicine, prescribed herbal tonics, nutritional supplements, Australian bush flower essences, Bach flower essences, natural medicine assessments such as tongue, nail and iris analysis, Reiki, Mummacircles and functional pathology.
The information contained on the CASACIRCLE website and social media channels are not intended as a substitute for medical advice, nor medical care. Cassandra at CASACIRCLE is not a doctor, does not intend to diagnose, cure or treat disease or illnesses. CASACIRCLE uses evidence – based western herbal medicine and Reiki as a guiding tool to optimise the health and well-being of clients only. Payment for consultations, prescribed herbal tonics and supplements can be made by cash or direct bank transfer.

From 1 April 2019, private health rebates for naturopathic, herbalist or nutritional consultations were no longer available, however we are always fighting for the rights of our loved industry and beautiful clients so hopefully in the future, rebates will be available again.
Where possible I will be delivering herbal tonics to your door after the consultation within 1 – 2 days, if unable to within the time frame, I will notify you during the consultation. If I do not have the available herbs or supplements in my dispensary, the client prescription service with Integria or Natural Script will deliver to you at an extra cost and I will notify you of cost beforehand.
Where possible I will personally deliver prescribed herbal tonics within 1 – 2 business working days, pending on your location.
Please allow between 1-2 working days for dispatch at Integria or Natural Script depending on their current volume of orders. Once in the postal system it can take 1-3 business days for metropolitan deliveries. Rural customers should allow an extra 1-3 business days for delivery.
We cannot be held liable for any deliveries which fall outside these times as it is beyond CASACIRCLE’s control.
Personal delivery to door: Within 15 km radius of business address $5.00 – outside of this area costs to be negotiated at consultation.
Shipping costs for all Australian orders are listed below:
Shipping to metropolitan areas – All Items: AU $15
Shipping to rural areas – All Items: AU $20
Clients will be notified of costs at time of consultation.
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind on consultations, natural medicine testing, functional pathology, herbal supplements, herbal medicine and flower essence blends.
Unless a product has a fault or may have been tampered with at the time of sale, CASACIRCLE is under no obligation to replace the product or give a refund on an unwanted medicinal. Under the National Health Act and TGA Guidelines for safe practice and dispensing of medicines, it is illegal for a practitioner to re-dispense medicine that has already been dispensed to another patient.
On receiving an order, you are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, please get in touch with Cassandra at CASACIRCLE immediately. In this event please contact me on 0410695893.
I get it, I am a busy mum to two, beyond chatty, kids and I understand life sometimes gets in the way, I know this for sure! If you need to cancel your consultation, please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice, to allow me to offer your spot to others who may be needing the appointment. I don’t charge late cancellation fees, but I do ask that you, my beautiful client, be mindful of your time that you book in with me as I like to help as many people as I can.
Please select carefully as we do not allow for cancellations for these services once your order has been placed.
We strive to ensure all orders are delivered and/or dispatched in perfect condition. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact Cassandra at CASACIRCLE as soon as possible. Please include your name, order details and the problem with your item. We will work with you closely to ensure we rectify the issue as soon as possible. Where a product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange (where available).
The best way to contact Cassandra at CASACIRCLE is via email or telephone, during business hours 9am – 5pm Mon to Sat. I am usually consulting with lovely clients in their home, delivering their wonderful tonics during the day or with my children so I’m out and about quite frequently, however I value your needs so I will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.
CASACIRCLE is located at Oxenford Queensland. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland.
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and CASACIRCLE agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
